This year, one out of every 200 Americans will be injured or killed by a medication error. Many of these errors will occur in a place we least expect - our homes. This is because home is where Americans take the most medications, and at the same time, have the least amount of medical supervision.
The Pharmacy Foundation of California is committed to addressing this problem and is developing two outreach programs designed to help patients and their caregivers understand their roles in preventing medication errors. By participating in this event, you can help PFC raise the funds we need to deliver these programs to consumers across California.
